Mepilex® Border Flex with its unique Flex Technology is an all-in-one wound dressing that is more flexible and stays in place better. It manages exudate, which contains bacteria, more effectively. It is designed to treat a variety of chronic and acute wounds, including diabetic foot ulcers, ulcerous cruris, bedsores, skintears and traumatic wounds. The unique Flex Technology allows the dressing to stretch in all directions, thanks to the Y notches in the retention and distribution layer. The dressing conforms to the body – even in hard-to-bind areas – and stays in place longer than other dressings where needed.
