Description
Formalin Formaldehyde Use in Mushroom Farming and Hospitals
For mushroom cultivation, first a mixture of paddy husk and wheat straw is prepared. A small amount of poultry manure, manure, and gypsum is added to it. After this, this mixture is turned over every alternate day so that all bacteria are killed by the heat generated in it. When water stops oozing out of it, seeds are added to it and sealed in bag-like bags to protect it from air and water. After 15 days, these bags turn white. Now a mixture of coconut peel sawdust, cow dung manure and formalin chemicals is filled in these bags and a 4-4 inches layer is formed. After 15 days, mushrooms start coming out. Now they are given an adequate amount of water and natural air. Water is given through a spray machine every alternate day. The crop is ready in one to one and a half months. Mushrooms are plucked by turning them left and right like a bulb.
3 KG of production per bag
For mushroom cultivation, a hut of at least 25 x 15 square feet is required. One hut produces 300 bags of mushrooms. Each bag yields about 2.5 to 3 kg of mushrooms. Thus, one hut produces up to 900 kg of mushrooms. The price of which is Rs 150 to Rs 200 per kg and the maximum amount obtained is Rs 1,80,000. It costs about Rs 45 to 50 thousand. If you prepare the manure yourself, the cost can be reduced to Rs 25 to 30 thousand.
